Eligibility: This promotion is open to homeowners interested in upgrading their furnace and/or air conditioner (AC) to a new high-efficiency system. The trade-in units must be functional at the time of disposal.
Trade-In Credit: Customers are eligible to receive up to $500 per furnace and up to $500 per AC, for a maximum combined total of $1,000. The trade-in credit will be applied as an instant discount on the purchase of a new system.
Package Payment: To qualify for the promotion, the customer must pay for the entire furnace and/or AC package upfront, which includes the selected model(s) and installation services.
Inclusions: Free removal and recycling of old furnace and/or AC units. A 10-year parts and labor warranty if enrolled in our maintenance program.
Consultation Requirement: A free in-home consultation is required, during which our comfort advisors will assess the customer’s home to ensure the best system selection for their needs.
Non-Combination: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, rebates, or discounts unless explicitly stated by the company.
