A Year Filled with Challenges
Holding the Best of HomeStars Award is especially meaningful to us this year. 2021 was a year filled with lots of barriers, not just for Maple Air, but for many individuals and businesses around the world. The start of Covid-19 impacted our way of doing service as well as our resources and planning.

We had to pivot and assure that customer safety was a top priority. This meant extra steps in our services that were essential in making sure our customers health, comfort, and well-being was top of mind. With the impact of resources, we had to change our way of planning to make sure we had appropriate product stock and could continue to keep up with the high demand we expect every season.

The year was filled with lack of system availability & continuous supply chain issues. This lack directly impacts our ability to meet demands, but as mentioned earlier customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our out-of-the box thinking allowed us to overcome any and every obstacle that came our way. We continued to provide timely service and high-quality products, regardless of hindrances we experienced in the industry.
